喜欢这个冰淇淋，但我担心这批冰淇淋可能有问题。吃了一些之后得了腹泻，但我想可能是我吃了其他东西引起的。当天晚些时候又吃了一些，之后至少一个小时感到非常恶心，然后又出现了腹泻。否则一直正常进食。味道或其他任何东西似乎都没什么不对劲，但我肯定生病了。当天购买了全新的冰淇淋。 少看

stuffed rigatoni. I believe the ground beef was bad, I a noticed after eating that I had a strange after taste from meat. Several hours after I became very ill. Stomach pain, diarrhea and vomit. I had a 6 inch club sub Friday night May 31st 2 hours later I was puking and a diarrhea for 5 hours slept very little the next day still had bad diarrhea and I have to just lay down the entire day its now Sunday still have diarrhea immediately after I try to eat anyting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture Bureau of Food Safety and Laboratory Services closed the fast food restaurant because of "gross facility and equipment sanitation" and "insect/rodent infestation."

Agriculture on the business and dated Aug. 22, 2018, read, in part, "This facility was found to have violations, which constitute an immediate danger to public health or safety, as established in 7 Pa. Code Chapter 46. As a result, this facility has been ordered to remain closed until the facility has been re-inspected by and deemed safe to re-open by the Department."

According to an inspection on Wednesday, the state found three violations that led to the closing:

• The person in charge does not have adequate knowledge of food safety in this food facility as evidenced by this non-compliant inspection.

• Small flying insects are still present in facility.

• Non-food contact surfaces not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Significant improvements have not been made since last inspection as garbage/food residue and standing liquid is still present under stationary equipment.
