I ate Wendys on August 8, 2018 I had a number 10 with baconator fries a double chocolate chip cookie a strawberry lemonade and ranch and creamy Saracha on the side I developed symptoms a few hours later intense neausa, vomiting, and diarrhea it’s now been two days and symptoms have not gone away  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 7 月 25 日，我在纽约州阿米蒂维尔的麦当劳开车经过。我订购了 2 份早餐卷饼、草莓柠檬水和草莓奶昔。我整个早上都感觉很好，我什至去了 PT。我咬了两口鸡蛋和几口柠檬水。5 分钟后，我说大汗淋漓，感觉非常恶心。我停在路边。于是我开始猛烈地扔了十分钟。我拿起纸袋但是呕吐物直接通过了。到处都是我和我的汽车安全座椅。这集持续了大约 10 分钟，然后启动了我的心脏监视器。我去了一家急救机构，他把我送到医院。接下来的 8 个小时我在急诊室里得到了 zofran 和液体。第 2 天我头痛严重，只喝姜汁汽水，因为我的胃酸痛。在投资食物的 5 分钟内，我病得了暴力。出汗、呕吐和胸痛。心脏病专家表示，在这种暴力发作期间，心脏萎缩是正常的。紧急护理人员拿走了一袋呕吐物然后留在食物上。

Shack Burger, Fries and Strawberry Shake. Around 2pm today. Symptoms of urgent bowel release, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea started about 2 hours after consumption.

2018 年 7 月 10 日下午 6 点 30 分左右，我的家人去了塔尔萨的帕内里亚，命令去一份草莓鸡肉沙拉，因为我们正在搭飞机，我丈夫在机场开始吃沙拉，也给了我三口，吃完饭后一小时内我丈夫开始抱怨腹部抽筋，气体。在飞机上两个小时 30 分钟，他肚子里的疼痛开始恶化。那天晚上晚些时候，他伴随着 diarreah、热闪和寒战。胃痛还在继续第二天的 7 月 11 日，他仍在抱怨胃里有酸味。另一方面，我也有腹泻但不喜欢他。7 月 12 日是他的生日，除了睡觉和喝水之外，他什么都做不了。
