yesterday i went to taco bell i got a burrito supreme & after i got to about half the burrito i pulled out a piece of lettuce from my mouth that was very very brown. when i looked inside my burrito all of the lettuce was brown. & yesterday and today I've spent ALL DAY on the toilet with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I had a 5 layer burrito and Fiesta potato last night from Taco Bell and then 30 minutes later I had a really really high fever and I had diarrhea and I was nauseous I could not sleep all night long because every 2 hours I would get up and have diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
