12 月 16 日星期六，我有一个自己制作的披萨（金枪鱼、菠萝和多米诺骨牌草药）、楔子和饼干。
第二天早上醒来时出现胃痉挛、液体腹泻和剧烈呕吐。很快伴随着身体疼痛、头痛、头晕和发烧。我喝了很多水但是什么都不能吃。
第二天（今天）我早上仍然有液体腹泻，然后继续恶心、虚弱和胃痛，现在我仍然有。
