我去了弗吉尼亚州殖民地高地的沃尔玛和一堆鸡肉条和土豆块这是我今天唯一要吃的东西我下班去那里买了它我饿了大约 2 点左右我回到家了大约 230 点我开始在 6 点左右开始吃东西我开始感到恶心胃开始痛打电话给我的女儿后来她开始整夜腹泻和更多疼痛，早上我开始感觉有点虚弱我的上帝必须有食物毒药糟糕我在沃尔玛花了 106 美元但迟早 12 月 16 日发生在我身上时我会好起来

12 月 16 日星期六，我有一个自己制作的披萨（金枪鱼、菠萝和多米诺骨牌草药）、楔子和饼干。
第二天早上醒来时出现胃痉挛、液体腹泻和剧烈呕吐。很快伴随着身体疼痛、头痛、头晕和发烧。我喝了很多水但是什么都不能吃。
第二天（今天）我早上仍然有液体腹泻，然后继续恶心、虚弱和胃痛，现在我仍然有。
