I had a 10 piece chicken nugget meal with fries and sweet tea around 7pm last night. This morning I woke up at 5:45a throwing up all over my bathroom. I’ve been weak with diarrhea since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

I believe it was their french fries because they both ate them earlier today around 2:00 PM. They also ate mango chicken at 8:15pm est However the symptoms started as they were eating that meal. So I think it had to be from what they consumed earlier.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛, 视力模糊

我今天上午 8 点 30 分吃了一个鸡蛋饼干，除了在家里喝一杯反渗透水之外，什么都没有。那是只有鸡蛋的普通饼干-上面没有其他东西。到了早上 10 点我已经非常恶心了。到了上午 10 点 30 分我在呕吐。呕吐在一天中的大部分时间都在断断续续。腹泻在下午 5 点左右开始。整天都有剧烈的震动和大量出汗。现在是下午 6 点 40 分，我非常虚弱，头痛分裂。

Possibly a sausage McMuffin from here, 1 person sick. Symptoms started about 3:00pm. 4 hours after food was consumed. Prior to that meal my husband and I had eaten exactly all of the same foods for two days straight   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战
