我是一名员工。我休息一下订购了一台装有中号薯条的巨无霸。不到一个小时后，我开始经历腹痛，类似于腹胀。不久之后，由于呕吐的感觉，我不得不赶出工作地板进入洗手间。我开始呕吐 3 到 4 次。我被送回家了，在等待的时候，我开始头疼，头晕，我刚开始感觉真的很虚弱

On 9/20/18, ordered breakfast burrito, orange juice and fruit parfait. After 30 minutes or so, I started having diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever. I will go to the doctor today because symptoms has not gotten better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
