我是在晚上 7 点 14 分在开车经过时订购的。我的订单号是 1401。我有 2 个培根、鸡蛋和奶酪饼干和 2 个饼干。我吃完食物后立即出现食物中毒的症状。我感到恶心，也需要待在厕所里因为刺痛和/或腹泻；我的胃也很痛。我感到非常不舒服，如果不适持续下去，可能很快就会发冷。感觉很像我过去经历过的食物中毒。

I had a cheeseburger, and my husband had a McChicken, as soon as we arrived home he ran for the bathroom do to diarrhea and after he came out I ran in and suffered from diarrhea and vomiting :(  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Got fries, McChicken and mcdouble. Myself, my toddler, and mother in law we're all infected. We we're the only ones to eat there. Was there on Sunday 4/29/18 close to 1pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 2018 年 4 月 28 日星期六工作，我出去从 ricelane McDonald 的 watlon Liverpool 那里给自己买了一顿巨无霸餐，吃完那顿饭后我什么都没吃，我在 2018 年 4 月 29 日星期日 06:50 醒来时我得了胃痉挛，呕吐和腹泻高温所以我去了2018 年 4 月 30 日星期一的医生和我的医生采集了我松散的大便样本然后把它们送走了，他都告诉我我有食物中毒，因为我的所有症状都恢复为食物中毒。

Ordered a mcflurry yesterday 4/30/2018 around 10pm tasted fine expect that it turned warm in less than 5 minutes. Which probably means the temperature on the machine probably wasn't right.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
