星期六我全天吃了麦当劳的鸡块和其他几件东西。星期天我醒来恶心呕吐（7xs）和腹泻。星期一我醒来很虚弱但还可以。我又吃了麦当劳的鸡块。星期二我醒来时呕吐腹泻和恶心。麦当劳是我星期一唯一吃过的东西，也是唯一能让我在周日生病的东西。

Sunday April 29 afternoon, my 6 yr old son ate 7 chicken nuggets, my 2 yr old daughter ate 2, my mother ate 4. Monday morning my son started vomiting, by afternoon he also had diarrhea. He vomited 8 times by Monday evening. My daughter vomited heavily… 更多

I went to McDonald’s at 6:30 last night and had a double cheese burger, fries and an apple pie. I then went to a pub quiz but didn’t drink and felt symptoms at 1:30am where I was throwing up and had diarrhoea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

I went to the McDonald’s drive thru on Friday morning around 2:30 AM. I ordered 2 mango smoothies, 2 mcchickens, and 1 fry. I consumed all the items except 1 mcchicken and fries. My girlfriend had one of the smoothies and we have ate the same food… 更多
