我们通过 GrubHub 订购了交货。我和我的男朋友都订购了一个 whopper 组合。吃了大约 2 个小时后，我不得不经常带着非常水样的腹泻去洗手间。在我 8-10 次去洗手间之后，我感到非常疲倦，头痛很大。我小睡了一下然后我自己发得很高的发烧。有时会感觉超级热，而且感觉很冷。大约是下午 4 点至 5 点（我吃完后 4 个小时）。我的男朋友在午夜开始出现同样的症状。没那么多发烧，而是很多胃痛和头痛伴有水样腹泻。
