Bit into something hard. Spit out immediately on paper napkin then found a sharp small glass pebble! I had a vegetarian salad bowl which included only lettuce, black beans, sour cream and guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate three hard shell chicken tacos at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15. At 3 a.m. I woke up and was violently ill. Then I had a second episode at 5:30 a.m. I was on the couch all day and night Saturday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
