I had a chicken bowl, white rice, Mild, medium, hot, and corn salsa, cheese, and a side of carintas like usual. I only ate about half. I ate it around 8:30-9PM and woke up sick at 2:30-3AM  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate there with my bf four days ago on the 15 of july. That night was experiencing all symptoms ive noted. Bf had steak and was fine. Pretty sure it was the chicken in my bowl.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

大约 3 小时前晚上 9 点我带了 chipotle，当时我吃了鸡肉碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、奶酪、玉米、酸奶油和红酱。大约 15 分钟前（凌晨 12 点左右）我醒来时因严重的胃痛而醒来，导致我跑到洗手间呕吐，然后在经历了腹泻之后
