晚上 8 点去了 Chipotle 1/12/17。点香肠碗和白米 lettecue 中等莎莎酱。在 8:20 左右吃了之后我睡着了然后在午夜 12 点左右醒来，胃痛持续到凌晨 5 点 30 分。肚子疼得太厉害了我什至可以回去睡觉  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

Had a white rice bowl with chicken, carnitas, mild and green salsa, fajita vegetables. It was definitely the chicken, as I watched the guy scoop the old chicken into the new chicken and give me a nice scoop of the old. Chipotle needs to give their workers a better lesson on food safety.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I got a steak bowl. My whole family had bowls but I'm the only one who got guac, so I'm guessing that caused it. I spent the entire night vomiting and missed the pst two days of work. Yikes!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
