Ate a cheese quesadilla and 2chicken soft tacos last night around 930pm. 30 mins later threw up. Been throwing up with stomach cramps and diarrhea all night. Had to call into work today...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

几天前我去这里吃了 mabye 然后我吃了 3 个没有奶酪和生菜的硬壳炸玉米饼（只有肉和硬壳）、frijoles 和大米。吃完所有食物后，我立刻感到恶心，一无所有就把它丢掉了。我以为是那天早些时候我喝的苏打水对我的胃不好，但是已经有一段时间了，我仍然因恶心、发冷、疲劳、头痛和腹部疼痛而感到恶心。

I ordered 6 chicken soft tacos 3 beef soft tacos and 2 orders of the cheesecake bites. Within 2 mins I was on the toilet. Nasusa as can be. My poor boyfriend is still throwing up. We didn't eat the same meet but poor thing ate all his food . He is sicker then hell right now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
