Ate at golden corral shrimp steak macaroni & cheese soft taco corn on cob ice cream chocolate fudge 3/7/17 evening later stomach started hurting & nausea all night. In the morning nausea vomiting diarrhea and developed a fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我的女朋友和我在 3 月 7 日星期二下午 3 点 20 分左右进入了金色畜栏，正好是为了吃午饭。我们吃了 Mac 和奶酪，肉汁和火鸡，黄油面包，肉饼，炒蘑菇，早餐时还坐在那里的培根，爆米花虾，最后是西兰花切达干酪汤。最后我们感到臃肿和恶心，我的女朋友声称吃完汤后感到头晕。大约下午 6 点她在呕吐，整晚都有腹泻。我自己只有腹泻和恶心。我们再也不会在这里吃东西了好消除。

Saturday March 3rd me and a group of friends went to this location around 7 pm.. around 12 pm constant direhea and vomitting.. so bad had to have a bucket infront of me while on the toliet. Its Tuesday 9:54 still vomiting can barely eat or move.… 更多

At about 9:00 pm 2/25/2017 I ate steak, mash , shrimp , seasame chicken , meatloaf and etc at Golden Corral at about an hour after I left my stomach was a bit upset and I been on the toilet since then and it's 2/26/2017 3:15 pm . A few others and myself our sick and I'm mad I spent almost $20  | 症状: 腹泻
