Ate a cheeseburger protein style with fries on the way from San Francisco to Sacramento about 8pm, by the time I reached him I was having severe cramps. Once I reached home I had diarrhea for hours afterwards from 8:40 - 1 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

I ate at around 8 last night and felt fine going to bed. However, at around 7, I woke up, gagged a few times, and then went back to bed. I felt incredibly nauseous so I was in bed until 8 when I had to sprint to the bathroom and vomit. Having diarrhea and still feeling nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
