Shake tasted off but didn't really think anything of it. I was vomiting by dinner and my brother was vomiting by the morning. Made us very sick and both of us were burning up by morning  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Double double with ketchup and spread, animal style French fries and soft drink as dr.pepper.
Started feeling sick few hours after. Went to bed with sever diarrhea. The next day I woke up with uncontrolled diarrhea which followed nausea throughout the day.

I ate at around 10/10:30 and I had a shake after my meal, it was more runny than usual, usually so thick you can’t even drink for a few minuets, later around, 2:30 I started to feel sick to my stomach, then I started to throw up… 更多

I ate in n out in my home, and woke up from a nap having to take the fattest dump in my life, and all I remember is getting up and throwing up 5 times. My temperature was high, I was tumbling going back to bed my head spinning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
