晚上 12:15 左右吃了。三明治是我整天唯一吃的东西。大约在下午 6 点左右开始出现严重抽筋。现在是晚上 9 点 21 分，抽筋非常严重，无法去紧急护理。  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

I ate Inn sunday late afternoon, and the symptoms started Monday morning. It was the only thing I ate Sunday. I had the Vito with mustard and Jalen I chips. I can't eat anything bc it will not stay down. I have a jo to work so it's not like I can just call in sick and this is a major inconvenience.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a Veggie Sub at Jimmy Johns on Friday at 3 PM. Saturday morning I got sick and began having diarrhea, vomiting, nausea for several hours. The same thing happened to my brother, but it wasn't as extreme.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a turkey tom around 2pm on June 8th 2017. Diarrhea started June 9th at 9pm. Every time I eat Jimmy Johns I get sick. Every single time. Must be expired meat. Meat always seems a bit off.  | 症状: 腹泻
