我和我的女朋友点了意大利三明治和我的女朋友，不幸的是我注意到里面有一种有趣的味道，我什么也没想到，我吃了整个三明治。她最后把生菜摘下来然后说是的那是生菜。现在我有一天很早就下班了，今天取消了工作，因为我有疯狂的胃痉挛和腹泻。不好吉米·约翰不好。我是在 2018 年 3 月 12 日订购的

Ate #5 with peppers - within 10 - 20 minutes started feeling sick. Eventually vomiting and bouts of diarrhea. Happened twice before with mild bouts of diarrhea but never attributed it to the food. This time I knew immediately it was the food. . I think something is wrong with the peppers.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I order the #11 with extra lettuce for lunch. Not sure if that was a good move. That afternoon I was feeling bed. I had over an hour commute home. Held it in. Soon as I got home i rushed to the bathroom. It’s been an awful 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
