I ordered a #8 ROAST BEEF, HAM & PROVOLONE with bacon. They brought the sandwich without the bacon and had to remake it. They brought me a sandwich made right and now I’m on day 6 of diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got the hunters club around 2:30 this after noon (09/08/18) I just got off work got some lunch before I head to my second job and I get diarrhea then went to nausea and diarrhea! So tired every time I get Hunters club #11 me or my mother get diarrhea or nauseas  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Italian sandwich at Jimmy John's on Wigwam in Henderson. Cannot say it with 100% confidence that it was the sandwich, but it certainly seems that way. 1 sick, I was the only one that ate the sandwich. Symptoms started about 6 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered the #6 veggie UNWICH . The sandwich with no meat and no bread. First I got heartburn, and a little while after I felt so nauseous I actually vomitted. Now I’m having to stay near the toilet, still super nauseated . Be safe .  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃灼热

Ordered the country club sandwich for delivery yesterday afternoon. Woke up at 5:00AM and barely made it to the bathroom before vomiting. I have now been vomiting every 60 minutes or so and experiencing diarrhea. Even the slightest movement causes me to vomit again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
