我在加利福尼亚州雷丁的麦当劳吃饭，肚子抽筋，腹泻真的很严重。我男朋友也吃了它，突然出现了同样的症状。我虚弱又恶心，我记得在一个特定的鸡块里品尝过一些东西。但是我把它刷掉了，我后悔去了那里，我不会回来的。

Are the food around 6:20 pm on December 9th 2018.
Had a grilled chichen snack wrap, ranch.
Symptoms started around 10-10:30 pm. Tried to sleep it off. Woke up a few times then finaly at 2:15am I couldn’t hold it anymore, vomited my soul out.

Ate breakfast burrito around noon.
Fiancé ate bacon egg and cheese Mc griddle, son ate sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle — neither are sick.
Started having diarrhea 30 minutes after eating.
Took a nap at 3 after beginning to feel physically ill.

我昨晚订购了一个脆皮牧场包装纸，大概两个小时后我开始感到恶心。第二天早上我醒来时疼痛加剧了，我非常恶心，也许就像我试图休息一个小时后，我有 Urge 呕吐。我感觉非常虚弱，嘴巴非常干燥我一直在喝水和佳得乐来补充我的身体可能已经失去的水分和电解质。直到现在我从来没有从麦当劳那里中毒过。我确定那是麦当劳，因为那是我那天唯一吃的一顿除了我自己做的燕麦片。

Went to McDonald’s drive thru at 2pm Saturday December 8 got happy meals and double cheeseburgers. Wife’s Parents are now diarrhea at 12am and kids started throwing up and diarrhea at 9 am this morning this is the only thing that they all ate now parents will… 更多
