My hubby and I went to McDonald’s today then went to work a few hours later. In the middle of our shifts we both felt like vomiting and faint. It’s been a few hours and I’m still feeling sick my body is sore and I have a fever of 101.5  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心

我在 11 月 15 日去了这个地方，吃了一顿巨无霸餐。尝起来有点不对，但我什么也没想到。除了一口之外，我吃完了大部分三明治，我几乎没碰过我的薯条。我的室友吃完了。几个小时之内我的胃开始真的很疼。起初我以为这可能是乳制品的反应，因为我对乳糖不耐症，但我事先吃了一粒药来否定这一点。接下来的 4 天，今天是第 4 天。我的胃和小腹有几处抽筋。更微妙但持续的痉挛会经常爆发为极度疼痛。今天是第四天，抽筋和耀斑仍然伴随腹泻，但不如前两天那么可怕。我现在似乎无法吃任何不会让我讨厌自己的生活的东西。

Daughter fell ill the morning after eating some chicken nuggets from nearby McDonald's. She's the only one in the house who ate those nuggets and the only one to fall sick out of 7 people. Her symptoms include vomiting, acute fatigue and high fever.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I took my two young children to this location late yesterday evening. Within roughly 5 hours the youngest woke up with projectile vomiting and diarrhea. The older of the two woke up at 430am this morning with the same symptoms. I myself have had an irritated stomach for the last 2 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 11 月 14 日星期三晚上 1730 分左右，我买了一顿培根双芝士汉堡餐。这是我那天早餐之外的第二顿饭。我吃了芝士汉堡 1 小时后，我出现了严重的胃痉挛、视力模糊、听力丧失、胳膊和腿发麻、大量出汗、失去平衡。我有 2 天的血腥腹泻，3 天后也出现了一些便秘和腹胀！！！我再也不会在那里吃东西了！！！！！！！！这可能会杀死一个小孩或老人！！！！！

I had a cheeseburger and a small fry. 2 hours later I felt extremely nauseas and within the next hour (7pm) I vomited outside on the ground twice. I went home and continued to vomit and have diarrhea at the same time, which both stopped around 1 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate the sweet chili chicken wrap and as soon as I woke up the next morning I had a fever. Throughout the day I was feeling nauseas and by the evening I was having consistent diarrea which carried on through the night and the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
