那天晚上 7 点左右吃了鸡块我还不错，但是早上 5 点 30 分左右醒来，胃咯咯声和气体像疯了一样，腹部抽筋感到恶心一个小时。然后上午 10 点左右出现轻微腹泻 2 个小时。17 小时后仍有挥之不去的轻度恶心感觉。但是我终于感觉好多了

It was 8 PM, the employees didn’t say a single thing to me as they took my card or handed me the food through the drive thru. I had a McChicken, French fried and a Diet Coke. Woke up around 4:30 am nauseous, but didn’t start getting sick til around 10 am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
