我在5月22日星期五在尼德埃施巴赫的麦当劳用餐。不久之后我有轻微的恶心。星期六情况越来越糟。晚上我发烧39.4°C。在那之前我就有越来越严重的腹痛、头痛和身体疼痛。最后腹泻也开始了。昨天发烧升到39.7°C。夜里又加上了寒战。今天早上我仍然有39.4°C。每当我试图吃或喝什么东西时，大约30-60分钟后我就会再次排出。
