Went through the drive-thru around 9:15pm and got the orange chicken & honey walnut shrimp with lo mein noodles. It was the only thing I ate that entire day. Woke up at 3:30am the next morning and experienced diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的朋友于2019年5月8日去了那里。几个小时后，我们俩都病得很重。我在床上骑了 36 个小时。我们都点了家常饭和照屋照烧鸡肉。我们的胃仍然因呕吐而酸痛，大约 8 小时后两个人生病了。首先我的胃开始受伤，然后是腹泻、发烧、头痛、呕吐。
