我知道那是 Panda Express，因为那是我那天唯一吃过的东西。我吃了带回家的晚餐后 2 小时内就会出现症状（恶心、呕吐、严重的胃痉挛等）。晚餐包括炒饭、核桃虾、橙鸡、鸡蛋卷和幸运饼干。错过了2天的工作。

大约是 12 点星期四，大约 30 分钟后，我得到了带橙鸡的油炸米饭，或者到了一个小时我肚子开始发出声音，我不得不使用洗手间真的很糟糕，所以我去了洗手间，自从现在 113 岁以来我一直在腹泻，我回到厕所所以我不知道怎么回事在我从来没有吃过熊猫快车腹泻之前，我从来没有发生过这种情况总是去商场附近的那个，我喜欢那个但是这个在菲尔莫尔弗里蒙特和菲尔伯特他们只是米饭是未煮熟的鸡肉味道有点滑稽，我不知道是否不是一路走来煮熟了还是什么但是真的很伤我的肚子真的很糟糕

What: General Tso's (special), sweetfire chicken, chow mein
When it presented: felt queasy when I went to bed around 0130, active vomiting at 0600 and 0800, still feel tired and feverish  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ordered the usual, orange chicken, chow mein fried rice beef and broccoli thru the drive thru went home and about ten minutes later I had to go to the bathroom. I have the runs!!! No joke not that funny  | 症状: 腹泻
