purchased 18 pc meal on 11/20/2019. Illness the next day 11/21/19. Continues today 11/23/19., Purchased the 10pc meal , cost $18.89, with 2 sides. Next day, 11/21/19, vomiting, nausea, diarrhea, fever begun. Continues today 11/23/19.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
