I purchased a Mediterranean salad to eat on a flight that left ~ 5:30 pm Feb 12. Sudden diarrhea occurred as flight was unloading at destination ~3.5 hrs. after eating No additional food consumed on plane. Vomiting started about an hour later. Diarrhea continued.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

This is the second time this has happened eating here. I think that their lettuce has salmonella or something. I’ll never eat here again. Same thing as last time, vomiting and in the bathroom. This place is scum.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich for lunch and about two hours later I felt awful, I.e. super tired and naeusous, and then an hour or two after that the vomiting and diarrhea started through the evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate lunch at Potbellys with coworker at 12:00 pm. Symptoms started at 7:00 pm with severe abdominal cramping, then progressed to vomiting with diarrhea. Coworker also got sick with the same symptoms last night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
