This is the second time this has happened eating here. I think that their lettuce has salmonella or something. I’ll never eat here again. Same thing as last time, vomiting and in the bathroom. This place is scum.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich for lunch and about two hours later I felt awful, I.e. super tired and naeusous, and then an hour or two after that the vomiting and diarrhea started through the evening.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate lunch at Potbellys with coworker at 12:00 pm. Symptoms started at 7:00 pm with severe abdominal cramping, then progressed to vomiting with diarrhea. Coworker also got sick with the same symptoms last night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
