i ate the mediterranean sandwich minus chicken at potbelly. the next day symtoms started as minor stomach ache and dizzyness. at night i had a massive stomach ache which was unbareable, i almost went to ER. Last 2 days  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness, Stomach Pain

Ate around 12 and symptoms began appearing shortly after 2. Severe waves of stomach cramping, nausea, and frequent bowl movements. Added lettuce, onion, and Italian seasonings to the sandwich and had it on multi-grain bread.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Ate a sandwich for lunch on Thursday March 29th. Became violently ill 6-7 hrs later and for 2 days there after. While eating the sandwich it tasted a bit old but nothing disgusting so i continued to eat it.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
