Ate around 12 and symptoms began appearing shortly after 2. Severe waves of stomach cramping, nausea, and frequent bowl movements. Added lettuce, onion, and Italian seasonings to the sandwich and had it on multi-grain bread.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée

Ate a sandwich for lunch on Thursday March 29th. Became violently ill 6-7 hrs later and for 2 days there after. While eating the sandwich it tasted a bit old but nothing disgusting so i continued to eat it.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Nausée, Vomissements

I purchased a Mediterranean salad to eat on a flight that left ~ 5:30 pm Feb 12. Sudden diarrhea occurred as flight was unloading at destination ~3.5 hrs. after eating No additional food consumed on plane. Vomiting started about an hour later. Diarrhea continued.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée
