Everytime I had a vowel movement, from my stomach up developed really bad body cramps and I had a very bad upset stomach. No loose or liquid diarrhea but it hurt so much that I didn’t want to use the bathroom anymore  | 症状: 腹泻, 其他, 抽筋

Had the fries and chicken nuggets with shake sauce. Pretty sure it was the shake sauce that got me sick as it didn't seem well refrigerated. Had a fever, diarrhea and vomiting shortly after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧
