I order the Korean style burger, fries and chicken for lunch on 1/10/21. When I received the order the burgers and nuggets were cold. I had a bought 3 bites and threw away. Around midnight that day I started to have stomach pain and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I order the Korean style burger, fries and chicken bite, my parent ate around 5:30PM and felt severely ill after 4 hours, she had nausea, diarrhea and almost fainted around after 4 hours. It happened on 1/8/2021@10PM  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

I got a burger and sit on my sister at the mall on December 20 in the afternoon after they were closed for over an hour because their hood system was down. We both got diarrhea at the same time Thursday morning and that was the only thing we both ate the same.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

We ordered the Shack Burger and the Mushroom Shack Burger with Spicy fries. 30 min after eating experienced severe stomach pain. 1 to 2 hours after eating we both had vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
