I had the $5 double cheesy crunch box on September 4th. Within an hour I had very bloody diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I had to be taken by ambulance to the ER and ended up spending three days in the hospital.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a number 5 (nacho Bell grande and a taco with a Baja blast) and a side order of chips and cheese. We sat there a little bit as I felt nauseous… 更多

I stopped in for breakfast the morning of 9/12/18. I ordered and I ate a sausage crunch wrap, 2 hash browns, 2 sausage grilled burritos. I took a nap for a few hrs due to working grave shift, i woke up with nausea. Later on in the day/night it turned into diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我和我的朋友在入住酒店之前去了塔可钟。昨晚 8 点左右我订购了紧缩包装、硬炸玉米饼和 baja 爆炸。当我今天早上 7 点左右醒来时，我立刻开始腹泻，真的很恶心和头晕。现在已经大约一个半小时了但它还没有停止

在我过夜轮班之前，我正停下来吃一口 chalupa 快点一口。吃了... 以为我很好然后所有的气体和抽筋都开始慢慢蔓延进来...起初我感觉超级生气然后恶心... 第二天我呕吐和腹泻... 可怕的腹痛！太糟糕了我连直立行走都没法走...

I ordered the chalupa box. Noticed it did not sit well after a few hours. Couldn’t eat dinner. Woke up 3 times in the night with diarrhea and ended up puking in the morning. Still have the runs into the evening the next day. Sickness was definitely from the food I got at Taco Bell.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我得到了 bellgrande nacho 薯条和 2 个疯子炸玉米饼奶酪 Doritos 和辣酱我吃了感觉还不错但是第二天我正在呕吐腹泻眩晕我哥哥吃了我的一个炸玉米饼他也生病了差不多已经一个星期了我还在痛苦  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕
