我怀孕 10 个星期了，星期四我吃了 Taco Bell。凌晨 3 点我因 diarreah 和呕吐而醒来。我必须去紧护区然后给我脱水的液体。现在是星期六我还生病，头痛，肚子和背部疼痛，跑步而且还不能吃东西  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 脱水, 头痛, 胃痛

I had a nacho supreme without sour cream add lettuce at 1:30 pm. Around 7 pm I had severe stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea. Felt horrible and couldn't lift my head off the pillow for the next 4 hrs.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Had lunch at Taco Bell in Pooler ga, Wednesday June 21. About 2 hours later I had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea, which led to me passing out at work. I was rushed to the ER thinking I was having a heart attack  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
