Im 10 weeks pregnant and I ate Taco Bell Thursday. 3am I woke up with diarreah and vomiting. I had to go to the ER and was given fluids for dehydration. Its Saturday I'm still sick with a headache, pain in my stomach and back, runs and still can't eat  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Stomach Pain

I had a nacho supreme without sour cream add lettuce at 1:30 pm. Around 7 pm I had severe stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea. Felt horrible and couldn't lift my head off the pillow for the next 4 hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ordered in the evening, all of my siblings woke up around midnight and continued to deal with vomiting and diarrhea until about noon. I continued to feel nauseous and got a fever the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
