Second week of January 2024. We got food poisoning. My brother, husband, self, and 2 children all got it. It was so severe We had to go to the ER for my child! Unacceptable!!

I had dark meat chicken and coleslaw. Got sick with high fever and stomach upset about 18 hours later. My lab tests show food poisoning. Had high fever up to 103.3 for 3 days.
Prior to this my wife and I ate the same homecooked foods for the previous week and she did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Fever

I had a nacho supreme without sour cream add lettuce at 1:30 pm. Around 7 pm I had severe stomach cramps followed by explosive diarrhea. Felt horrible and couldn't lift my head off the pillow for the next 4 hrs.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
