Ate a vegetarian Doritos Locos Taco and within 20 minutes my stomach was exploding and then woke up at 2 AM and was violently throwing up for hours. Stomach still isn't right.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 5 月 4 日星期四我有 Taco Bell。星期五我会很痛苦，然后真的很恶心。我发烧了 100.0，此后已经破裂了，但现在是周日早上，我还有严重的腹泻和腹部痉挛。从那以后除了半杯肉汤、半个蛋包和一根香蕉之外我什么都没吃过。自 2008 年以来我没有像这样生病过。

订购了早餐卷饼、肉桂美食和冰咖啡。冰咖啡味道太糟糕了，我要了 3 种糖，可以看出只有一种。当天晚些时候有偏头痛，变得非常恶心，扔了加仑。后来，仍然感觉呕吐，但我的腹泻和胃痉挛以及极端的气体情况最严重。

I am so sick right now went to taco bell ate in car in drive way after leaving i got 4 miles away and started feeling sick. This is now 3 hours later I have had diarria so bad my stomach hurts so bad I May have to go hospital pain is bad I want to throw up but cannot. I am sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate this after work around 2:30 fell asleep for a couple of hours and when I woke up I was sweating, throwing up and was using the bathroom every 30 minutes. This lasted all night and couldn't go to work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
