我在凌晨 1 点左右订购了一个辣土豆软炸玉米饼和一个俗气的豆和大米卷饼。由剧烈头痛引起的发冷、发烧、头晕、剧烈腹痛、腹泻和呕吐始于凌晨 4 点左右，让我保持 3 个小时的工作时间，因为我一直呕吐然后每 10 分钟出现腹泻一次。现在，在最初食用食物 20 小时后，我仍然非常头痛，大约每 3 个小时就会呕吐一次。腹泻仍然经常发生。发烧来来去去，但是身体疼痛、恶心和头晕仍然非常强烈。

晚餐时购买了 4 个 taco supremes 和 2 个牛排 quesoritos。我和我丈夫在晚上 8 点吃了它们。对我来说，腹泻和呕吐始于凌晨 4 点，在接下来的 24 小时内持续胃痉挛。在同一时期，我丈夫有恶心、发冷和严重腹泻。36 小时后我还在发烧，有点恶心。

I got the big box as I usually would around 6pm. I didn't notice anything was wrong until 9:30pm. I figured I just atell too much. Around 3am, I started to feel queasy. And then finally I went to the toilet and vomited most of it up.… 更多

I ate a quesorito and nacho cheese with steak, I have vomited 15 times and had diarrhea all night (5 trips) vomit was rice, beans and steak.

My body did not want to digest any of it. 2 hours after eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
