进食后几分钟开始对 afywe 感到恶心然后开始呕吐，从那以后我一直感到恶心，头痛由于呕吐太多而现在可怕的腹泻导致我的小腹严重抽筋，导致进食 8 小时后仍然疼痛和不适我无法入睡，因为补习和恶心

Today I purchased what I always get nacho bell grande only cheese and beef today only 30 mind after eating I began to have stomach cramps then a short time later diarrhea occurred along with nausea and vomiting. 昨晚 11 点我吃了 2 个硬壳炸玉米饼。我早上 8 点醒来时，腹部很可怕，感到轻松。我去了洗手间，在 45 分钟的腹泻期间呕吐。腹泻期间呕吐是最糟糕的。当时我发烧了 102.8。我刚从我的医生预约中回来，我检测大肠杆菌呈阳性。塔可贝尔是我昨天唯一吃的东西。
