Had the skinny Asian chicken salad around 5:30pm. Started vomiting around 10:20pm. Vomited 6ish times. Accompanied by general unwell feeling, chills and bloating.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀, 寒战

我和儿子一起在购物中心，决定于 6 月 11 日星期二 19:28 在那里吃饭。我的收据显示我在餐桌 112。我订购了不可能的汉堡包，儿子点了孩子们的意大利面条和肉丸，我还为我们俩订购了柠檬水和冰茶饮料。我一回到家就开始感到难过和恶心。我整夜都在盗汗，感觉很糟糕，我拿了 Pep给我。第二天我无法起床时，我有一阵 diarreah 和汽油。由于吃了这种食物或喝了这种茶柠檬水，我已经在床上睡了两天了。我儿子也得到了 diarreah 但没有我那么糟糕。我很生气，以至于我付了很多钱，以为这是一家很棒的餐厅，但最终导致食物中毒，现在已经停止使用了两天。
