I ate Chinese chicken salad which took longer than usual to get to table pain and diarrhea began immediately and continues now for 4 hours. Lots of pain in my stomach and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate there June 9 at 1:30pm.
Had the Skinnylicious Steak medallions with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms & mashed potatoes. I only ate half a portion and iced tea. Around 5:30pm became violently ill, diarrhea, nausea and painful cramping.
Taken Imodium, don’t feel better yet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

我在 5 月 3 日星期五去吃晚饭，晚上 8 点 30 分左右我订购了一个鸡肉雷鸟三明治。大约 4-5 小时后，我半夜醒来然后吐了起来。随后是令人难以置信的胃痛，当天早上 5 点又出现了一次呕吐。剩下的时间充满了腹泻和恶心。

我们在 2019 年 4 月 29 日下午 3 点之前去了芝士蛋糕工厂我得了腹泻。到下午 5 点我胃里呕吐疼痛那天晚上去了施特劳布医院。开枪 IV 和处方，他们证实了食物中毒。开始 5 天后，我是唯一一个吃熟食物的人，我妻子只有薯条症状大约开始出现。在吃完通知的餐厅一半到两个小时后，我妻子与 2 位经理交谈。我订购了谢泼德的派。我妻子给了他们账单号码和信息
