我们在 2017 年 7 月 13 日晚上给儿子买了一顿儿童餐，那是他最后吃的东西。第二天早上 8 点，他醒来时在肺顶哭着说他的胃受伤了，他还有呕吐和腹泻。我们去了急诊室，医生说这是食物中毒！！！我儿子吃的最后一件事是温迪的！！！我们再也不会买 Wendy's 了！！

I had a spicy chicken burger, fries and a spicy chicken wrap and it was good, everything tasted right but a few hours later I started feeling very feverish and I also have been having diarrhea. Have not seen a doctor just waiting for it to pass  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

I had a homestyle chicken sandwich meal around 7 at night on 7/12/2017. Around 4 in the morning the next day I was puking and had severe diahrrea. Which has lasted 6 hours already. My fiance had a burger and he didn't get sick but his stomach hurt all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

2017 年 7 月 4 日，我和我丈夫在 Wendy “s 吃过饭。第二天我们都患了腹泻和恶心，持续了大约 24 小时。我们都有汉堡和薯条。昨晚，也就是 2017 年 7 月 11 日，我丈夫给自己和我 10 岁的儿子买了食物。我儿子吃的薯条和鸡肉三明治，我丈夫还有另一个汉堡和薯条。他们俩今天 7 月 12 日醒来都生病了。我儿子呕吐、胃痉挛和腹泻。我丈夫也生病了，症状类似。用 Wendy 做完了！！！

My son is 3 years old he had French fries and nuggets and projectile vomited all night both days he had Wendy's. I took him to the doctor and they said it was food poisoning from the chicken not being cooked all the way through  | 症状: 呕吐
