I had a roast beef sandwich & onion rings on April 17. Woke early am next day doubled over with stomach cramps.....slight fever, nausea, headache, severe diarrhea all continuing for a week.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps, Headache
