Had the salad with blue cheese and shrimp. Developed stomach issues shortly after eating that progressed into severe diarrhea and vomiting. No one else had this meal and I was the only one to get sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Shrimp Tacos Cause Illness

I had the shrimp tacos and within 24 hours had a fever of 101 degrees, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and the chills. It was terrible and I don’t think I’ll be going there in the future!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills
