Received order from Uber eats. Had chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole. Within hours of eating was sick and had diarrhea. Also gave some to dog and he had same symptoms. For a week!

I didn't eat anything but chipotle all day, and felt nauseous shortly after eating a chicken burrito bowl with chicken, lettuce and beans. I have been throwing up since.
