10/18/19 Around 5 pm I ordered a burrito with White Rice,Pinto Beans,Carnitas,Sour Cream,Lettuce and Cheese.Everything felt fine until this morning.Around 11 am I left my class.I then threw up around 1 pm.I then got home and had diarrhea and I have been vomiting for the past day.

Chipotle Bowl Causes Illness

Chipolte on 60th and 3rd. Had a bowl on my lunch hour about two hours later started having cramping and diarrhea.
