Burrito Bowl Causes Illness

I ordered a burrito bowl w/ brown rice, black beans, veggies, chicken, sour cream, & pico. It was about 19:00 when I got my food & left. My symptoms started in the morning & I have had diarrhea & have been feeling nauseous all morning.
