I had the bowl with brown rice, chicken, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. About 6 hours later I started having horrible stomach pains, nausea and diarrhea and it's still going on 14 hours later. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
