My friend and I had chipotle on Monday March 26 around 7pm. I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and later in the day had nausea, vomiting and a fever. My friend also have vomiting and diarrhea. We shared a chicken quesadilla.

Burrito Bowl Causes Illness

Grabbed lunch, around 11:00 am. Burrito bol, chicken, medium salsa, corn salsa, sour cream & cheese. Started feeling nauseous and cramps next day at noon, cramps were terrible then started diarrhea.

Wednesday March 9th I ate a chicken burrito bowl at the chipotle mexican grill in Worthington, Ohio. The symptoms began an hour after I ate and am still sick 4 days later. It began with vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
