My friend and I had chipotle on Monday March 26 around 7pm. I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pains and later in the day had nausea, vomiting and a fever. My friend also have vomiting and diarrhea. We shared a chicken quesadilla.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
