早上 11 点左右吃了午饭。Burrito bol、鸡肉、中号莎莎酱、玉米莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。第二天中午开始感到恶心和抽筋，抽筋很糟糕然后开始腹泻。

Wednesday March 9th I ate a chicken burrito bowl at the chipotle mexican grill in Worthington, Ohio. The symptoms began an hour after I ate and am still sick 4 days later. It began with vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
